Hi, I’m Peter, a qualified counsellor and therapist. I help individuals with challenges around addiction, anxiety, low self-esteem, low confidence, feeling lost in life, and stress. For Addictions I also work with individuals experiencing Gambling, Porn, Sex and Shopping Addiction. I also work with individuals impacted by a loved ones addiction (known as Affected Others).

 

I offer in-person sessions in Portsmouth and virtual sessions across the UK and Europe. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Addiction Psychology and Counselling from London South Bank University and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, ensuring I work within a professional and ethical framework.
